Our mission is challenging but simple:
Raise the voice of private business in the Black Sea
and Caspian Region
UBCCE is an international union with a mission to
develop institutionalized cooperation among the
Black Sea and Caspian business community. UBCCE is
actively committed to assist the economic and social
development of the Region through fostering trade
and investment activities and entrepreneurial spirit
in line with the principles, objectives and areas of
cooperation stated in its Statutes.
Throughout its activities, UBCCE aims to promote the
interests of its member organizations, and to assist
them in making an increasingly effective
contribution to the functioning of free market
economies in their respective countries.
Within this framework, UBCCE organizes annual
business gatherings providing opportunity to engage
in discussions and debates on issues affecting the
global economy and the Region; brings the high level
business representatives together in business to
business meetings and designs/implements capacity
building projects among the Region.
In order to accomplish these objectives, UBCCE works
with a wide range of partners, including the
national governments, international organizations,
and other regional and sectoral organizations active
in the economic field.
