UBCCE - Q BULLETIN

Quarterly Bulletin
UBCCE communicates every three months the “UBCCE Quarterly Bulletin” to inform the member organizations and potential member organizations along with other institutions (different business organizations, EU Commission, state bodies, financial institutions, investment agencies, think tanks etc…) on regional developments. The Bulletin, communicated both electronically and through the website of the Union, features information notes on UBCCE’s past and upcoming events and mainly news from the Black Sea and Caspian Region and member organizations. A welcome address by a senior UBCCE official and an Article on an issue of interest for the Region is placed in almost all issues. In this way, the Bulletin makes a significant contribution for creating a platform of effective communication for all organizations interested in this emerging part of the globe in conformity with the objectives of the Union defined in its Statutes. With regards to the positive reactions it receives, the Bulletin is becoming a reliable source of information about the Region.
